Inspired by Shukhov tower, the initial prototype was constructed with six rings and ten cable connection points per ring. More rings and connections can be added to customize the tree.

Initial prototype used piano wire rings and string cables with 3D printed connections. A weight is placed at the bottom tip of the tree, tensioning the system into position.
